Out Of The Blue™ releases additional features to grow your business, and other improvements
This release includes the following new features, functionality, and benefits:
NEW FEATURES
Events Feed: Users will have access to a collation of errors and other events impacting their revenue and other business indicators. Exogenous events are crucial to reacting fast to adverse conditions and prevent revenue leakage. Now, OTB equips you with a succinct error feed, and accompanying alerts, to ensure you investigate and take action promptly.
ENHANCEMENTS
Improved RCA visualization: Our new and improved root-cause analyses makes it easier to access and derive insights from findings. With this, it is now intuitive to reach the underlying causes of any of your metric movements. We’ve always made it easier to ascertain where a certain metric movement is driven from, cleaning up how our platform is utilized.
Time transitions across screen: We now pass time contexts as the user navigates deeper into a given insight. This means that if you’re looking at a certain timeframe in an insight and choose to dive deeper, OTB will carry the time periods you selected into the Metrics Detail screen, for your convenience.
BUG FIXES
Ratio metrics handling: Fixed how we represent some more values when expressed as percentages. This will enable accurate consumption of our insights and drive the right business decisions.
Actions to Take:
The Business Intelligence Feed will automatically present the new information; you only need to refresh your browser window or tab to access the new features.
