This release includes the following new features, functionality, and benefits:
ENHANCEMENTS
1. Label Updates: To improve the readability and organization of insights and events within the OTB platform, new labels denoting funnel/category information have been introduced. These labels are now integrated into insight and event objects, providing visual cues that help users quickly identify and differentiate between different types of insights or events.
The introduction of labels denoting funnel/category information to insight and event objects within the OTB platform aims to streamline the user experience by improving data organization, visual clarity, and readability. This feature empowers users to better understand and navigate through their insights and events, ultimately enabling more effective analysis and decision-making based on the information provided by the OTB platform.
2. N-Level Drill Down for RCA: In the past, RCA charts typically offered a two-level drill-down capability, allowing users to explore data at a high level and then dive deeper into a specific subset or category. However, with the recent enhancement, RCA charts now support drill-down capabilities across multiple levels, often referred to as “n-levels.”
By providing this enhanced drill-down capability across multiple levels, RCA charts empower users to explore their data more comprehensively and uncover insights that may have been overlooked or difficult to access with traditional two-level drill-down methods. This enhancement is only applicable for dimension hierarchy greater than 2 levels.
BUG FIXES
1. Forecast fixes for lags: By enhancing the platform to ensure that the lag settings are accurately considered, the bug fix aims to improve the quality and reliability of the forecasts generated by the platform. When the lag settings are correctly applied, the forecasting model can better capture and leverage the predictive patterns and relationships present in the historical data, leading to more accurate and insightful forecasts.
