Out Of The Blue™ releases additional features to access the feed, and other improvements
This release includes the following new features,
functionality, and benefits:
NEW FEATURES
Enablement for No-Code E-Commerce metrics: – This release enables these E-commerce customers to get easily onboarded using a default dataset and default set of metrics, that are being collected from Blotout. These Blotout customers are able to apply these no-code settings, to get these insights from these top-level metrics, including root case analysis.
Demo Environment: – We will be releasing demo environments for different use-cases, to help customer prospects & partners understand how insights are generated and how to interact with these insights. This is an important step to enable customers to Try-&-Buy the platform.
ENHANCEMENTS
Onboarding enhancements:– The end-to-end onboarding flow has been improved to simplify the process for new customers. This includes
- decoupling the data extraction process from the entire flow
- providing more information on the overall process, including steps that are in flight
- Providing notifications in case of error/success, with appropriate information to re-start the process.
BUG FIXES
Digest & Feed fixes:– The overall feed experience has been improved to ensure that there is consistent behavior in showing the list of applicable insights. This includes improvements to the digest, so that the right kind of insights are generated for newly onboarded customers, in a consistent manner across time zones.
Actions to Take:
The Business Intelligence Feed will automatically pretend the new information; you only need to refresh your browser window or tab to access the new features.
