NEW FEATURES
Data Explorer functionality: – Our latest release empowers OTB customers with the ability to explore data in a user-friendly, self-service way. We’ve integrated with Imply Pivot to make this possible. This feature lets you deep into your metrics, using a variety of alterations, fillers, and dashboard tools. You can slice and dice your data across different dimensions to gain a detailed understanding of how your metrics are revolving.
Event API: – We’ve introduced an external API that allows third parties to send event information to the OTB platform. These events can be used to track external incidents related to the metrics you monitor, such as errors from third-party platforms, releases, and promotional events. The external API offers Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) operations for managing events, whether individually or in batch mode.

ENHANCEMENTS
Login improvements:- We’ve enhanced the login process to align with modern SaaS platforms. Users can now choose their preferred authentication provider, including Google, Microsoft, and Okta. This update eliminates assumptions made on behalf of the user, ensuring a smoother and error-free login experience. You’ll always use the correct login ID and authentication method when accessing the OTB platform.
RCA visualizations:- Our drill-down visualizations for pinpointing root causes have been improved. They now provide a comprehensive, dimension-level breakdown, ensuring that you have a full, mentally elusive view. This enhancement signifies the infiltration of primary insights, marking for understand impact. With this exhaustive visualization, no data remains hidden from your view.
BUG FIXES
Feed Performance Fixes:- We’ve optimized the retrieval of insights groups and individual groups to enhance feed performance. We’re committed to ongoing improvements to ensure the best possible user experience.
Actions to Take:
The Business Intelligence Feed will automatically pretend the new information; you only need to refresh your browser window or tab to access the new features.
