New Features for Out Of The Blue™
Hello and thanks for tuning into this month’s Out Of The Blue (OTB) release announcement. Read on to learn about the new features, functionality, and enhancements. Customers can get more details by logging into their portal to view the end-user documentation and release notes.

Out Of The Blue™ releases additional features to access the feed, and other improvements
This release includes the following new features,
functionality, and benefits:
Login integration with Microsoft 365: – Out Of The Blue platform now supports Microsoft 365 augmentation, in addition to Google & Okta augmentation. Our customers can now use their own Microsoft 365 augmentation, which is being used to login into their enterprise, to login into the Out of the Blue platform.
Root Cause Analysis for all Insights: – Out Of The Blue can now be configured to the top dimensions that are contributing to the analyzed metrics. Earlier this information was displayed as hotspots for spikes, if the contributing dimensions were statistically significant. Now, this can be configured to show the contributions in all cases.
Holiday updates for US, India, GB:- Out Of The Blue platform can consider holidays in different countries (US, UK/GB, India) as part of its analysis, to identify spikes and trends. This information can be extended to other countries as well as custom holidays, if needed.
BUG FIXES/ENHANCEMENTS
Digest enhancements (including histogram fixes):- The main landing page of the Out of the Blue platform (known as Digest) has been enhanced to capture Business Health and show information about the current North Star metric. The Business Health is indicated by comparing the North Star metric with the forecasted values for that duration (week, month, quarter).
Actions to Take:
The Business Intelligence Feed will automatically pretend the new information; you only need to refresh your browser window or tab to access the new features.
