New Features for Out Of The Blue™
Hello and thanks for tuning into this month’s Out Of The Blue (OTB) release announcement. Read on to learn about the new features, functionality, and enhancements. Customers can get more details by logging into their portal to view the end-user documentation and release notes.

Out Of The Blue™ releases additional features to access the feed, and other improvements
This release includes the following new features,
functionality, and benefits:
Set Root Cause Threshold: – The Out of the Blue platform can now be configured to display top n dimensions and associated values that contribute to the analyzed metrics.
Insight Notification: – The Out of the Blue insight notifications are now fully with extended support for more devices and screen-sizes. Now, the user can click on specific alerts in the email and it takes them to the insight on the feed.
BUG FIXES/ENHANCEMENTS
Edit Insights Title and Summary:- Users can now edit title and summary of any insights and better align them with their internal business terminology and jargon. User can also apply specific formatting:
- Bold Text = **text**
Historical Insights:- If your information is all from previous timeframes, the ‘Digest’ view now defaults to the last known data point for your weekly, monthly, or quarterly overviews.
For Digest:- It shows the latest available Week/Month/Quarter.
For Feed and Metric Details:- It shows the latest available last 30 days.
Root Cause Chart:- We have improved the use of charting colours and gradients. Aligning them more closely with sort and contributions of dimensions to the analyzed metric.
Actions to Take:
The Business Intelligence Feed will automatically pretend the new information; you only need to refresh your browser window or tab to access the new features.
